A recent project for Pladis/United Biscuits involved collaborating with their R&D team to come up with new ideas for future Go Ahead packaging. As part of the process I produced a detailed model of the existing packaging on shelves, including the inner pack and biscuits.
First built in Cinema 4D and finished in Photoshop, my models included both the inner and outer packs — making use of bump maps, masked texture-mapping (allowing various print-finishing effects) and subdivision surfaces, to result in as much realism as possible.
