I was asked by Phil and Catherine at Central Saint Martins to design a poster for a talk given by ex-student Jonathan Barnbrook, in the run-up to Christmas. Jonathan is a designer I looked upto whilst studying, so I really wanted to do his work justice.
I decided to combine the Christmas theme with one of Barnbrook’s most popular typefaces, Mason — creating a circular poster that was hand-cut and then placed on doors around the college, with help from friends.
